-Aadya Rising Merch uses Printful.com to fulfill all orders.
-It usually takes Printful 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.
-The average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination.
CLAIMS - Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part are covered at their expense.
LOST SHIPMENT - It shall be your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case Aadya Rising Merch and Printful will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
- If carrier tracking indicates that a Product was lost in transit, you may make a written claim for replacement of (or credit to your account for) the lost Product in compliance with Printful’s Return Policy. For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. All such claims are subject to Printful investigation and sole discretion.
DAMAGES - If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report and email email@example.com.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
Face Masks - Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that face masks are not returnable.
