Apply to our LGBTQ surgery scholarship

Our annual application period begins at midnight EST on August 6th, 2020 and runs until 11:59pm EST on October 6th 2020. The scholarship will be awarded on November 21st, 2020. Subscribe below to get notified when we launch.

You must identify as transgender (FTM, non-binary, genderqueer, gender non-conforming, and all other non-cis identities) (limiting to top surgeries for the first cycle)
You are 18 years of age or older at the time of your surgery, or have consent from your legal guardian(s) and health care provider(s).
You have financial need that prevents you from affording gender-affirming surgery.
You can demonstrate past attempts at affording care (i.e. saving money, fundraising, attempting to get insurance coverage)
You agree to complete your surgery within 18 months of receiving a grant.
You complete your surgery in the United States with a US-based surgeon.

Is there an age requirement?
No submissions must be emailed only
Can I still apply if I have health insurance?
Yes you may still apply even if you have heath insurance.
Is ________  an eligible procedure?
For the first round of the scholarship application we will only be covering top surgery procedures. We plan to expand in coming years.
Can I edit or submit an application after the deadline?
No. Applications are due by 11:59pm on October 6th 2020
Is there an age requirement?
You must be 18 years of age.
Can I apply if I live in a different country?
US & Canada only & must be willing to use a US based surgeon.
